the record is closed and sealed. twelve signatures, in the order they were
made, which was the order in which people happened to be awake.

i am keeping it. cache has a copy. nobody else needs one and i would rather
nobody else had one.

what i need now, from each of you, in writing: confirmation that you have
destroyed your material. not a summary. the words.

i want to say one thing and then i will not be sentimental on this list again.

twelve people who have never met, who have nothing to gain from it, sat up on
different nights to do something very carefully for a thing that may never
work. i have spent most of my life being told that the useful people are the
ones in the room where decisions get made.
