11 november. twelve participants, twelve time zones, no two of us in
the same room and no two of us on the same continent where it can be
helped.

each contributes entropy. each receives a share of the record. each
destroys their material afterwards and says so, in writing, signed.

we do it once. it cannot be repeated and it cannot be corrected. if
one of you keeps what you were supposed to burn, obol is worthless
and none of us will ever be able to prove it either way.

i am asking twelve people to trust each other exactly once.
